Résumé

A multiscale seismic tomography of the Merapi-Merbabu volcanic complex is carried out by using a combination of travel times and surface wave approaches. It uses data from a dense seismic network set up by ANR project DOMERAPI, data from the German-Indonesian MERAMEX project, and data from the national and monitoring permanent networks. The applicant is preparing a PhD thesis on this topic. He is planning a mission to Indonesia in order to get data from the national seismic network and the volcanological observatory of Merapi and to work with his Indonesian PhD advisor.
