Spectroscopy

General objectives

This workshop is dedicated to optical spectroscopic based techniques. It is a typically transversal and interdisciplinary subject that concerns many components of the OSUG.
Thanks to the physical and optical developments, the spectroscopy is applied to many scientific topics, from the study of the earth system (soil composition, atmospheric chemistry, isotopic measurements, study of the cryosphere, paleo-climatology and ocean dynamics) to interstellar materials.
The objective of this workshop is to promote exchanges and possible collaborations on optical spectroscopy within the OSUG.

Workshop activities

Within this workshop half-day and round-table exchanges are organized, with the aim to address specific topics related to optical spectroscopy.
