European Heritage Days

Each year, as part of the European Heritage Days, the Observatoire des Sciences de l’Univers opens the doors to its collections. More than 300,000 fossils, rocks, and minerals make up the geology collections of Université Grenoble Alpes.

Testimonies of geological and biological history, the mineralogical and paleontological collections also serve as valuable tools for knowledge sharing and are integrated into the university’s and its partners’ museum projects.
